In a one hour video chat, I’ll give you an energetic clearing based on which chakra center your problem is rooted in. Then I intuitively guide you into an alpha frequency meditation to address what you’re moving through and resolve it! You’ll leave the session feeling refreshed and realigned! Reiki Session
Reiki can be done in person or from a distance in a remote meeting. I incorporate movement meditation, breath work, and guided visualization in my sessions, referred to as Super Reiki. You will leave your session in a more calm, grounded state. We can focus on a specific blockage, or do an all-over cleanse!

Group Class
Group classes can be accessed remotely and include up to eight people. This is an 8 week program including once a week group meetings and take-home challenges, practices, and techniques. These group programs are offered less frequently so be sure to get your name on the waitlist!
Reiki Lesson
Become a certified Reiki Practitioner! Take a two day course to become certified in Usui Reiki Levels 1 and 2. This course can be offered in person or remotely, and includes the official Usui approved textbook. Certificate and online resources will be granted upon course completion.
